1st Level Feature
You gain the Arcane Hand cantrip. It doesn't count against your spells known, and is increased to 60 feet.
You can use arcane hand to heal an ally within range for (PM)d8 + SM. Your action attack roll damage using the Arcane Hand is increased to d12, and touch spells you deliver using it deal an additional 3 + (PM) damage.
3rd Level Feature
You can add your SM to your first damaging spell in combat, at the start of your turn you regain hit points equal to your Mutant level.
