At 1st level, You and your exotic pet have expertise in Monster Knowledge and Arcane. You and your Exotic Pet gain deal 5 additional damage on spells and attacks against Aberration, Celestial, Fey, Demon, Monstrosity, and Undead type creatures.
The damage type is whatever the monster has vulnerability against, though the DM does not need to tell the player the damage type.
The feature’s Damage increases by 5 each tier.
