1st Level Feature
While shifted into Seal form, granting you increased bonus hit points equal to 5 x (PM) and a swim speed equal to your walking speed.
In addition, you become large if you weren't already granting you an additional damage die on melee damage rolls and you have greater resistance to Ice and Water damage.
3rd Level Feature
At the start your turn, you can spend 1 spell point to heal yourself and all allies within 30 feet of you for (PM)d8 + your Constitution modifier.
In addition, each creature healed is immune to fear and frightened conditions until the start of your next turn.
7th Level Feature
(Recharge 3-6) You can emit an aura of tranquility enemies within 10 feet of you have a (PM) reduction to attack rolls and you reduce all damage taken in the aura equal to your Shifter level until the start of your next turn.
9th Level Feature
You reduce all damage taken equal to your Constitution modifier.
12th Level Feature
As an action, you can summon a school of 3 smaller aquatic creatures to aid you for up to 5 rounds.
They can perform simple tasks, provide advantage on attack rolls, or deliver touch-based spells within 30 feet of you.
