Quoraks are beings with dual existences, simultaneously existing in both the physical and the dream world. Their bodies appear humanoid, but their features are always slightly blurred or shifting, as if they are constantly in motion.
When they sleep, they enter a dream state that is as real to them as the waking world, and they can bring objects or creatures from their dreams into reality for short periods. This duality makes Quoraks natural illusionists and reality-benders, but they must carefully balance their time between the two worlds.
Their society is centered around a giant dream nexus where the lines between reality and dreams are thin, and their leaders are those who have mastered the art of merging both states.

Nightmare
As a reaction, when a creature within 60 feet of the Quorak fails a saving throw, the Quorak can impose disadvantage on a creature’s attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, as fleeting remnants of nightmare energy sap the target’s confidence.
Sweet Dreams
Quorak bless the dreams of allies. Allies recover all levels of exhaustion during a long rest.
Dream Manifestation
Quorak can summon an item or weapon from their dreams. The item cannot be a magic or quest item and can fit within a 5-foot square. It lasts until dismissed. If used as a weapon, it deals an additional (PM)d6 Psychic damage and uses either your FM or SM. If they conjure a ranged weapon it deals (PM - 1)d6 instead and has a range of 60 feet.
