Choose a point within range. The weather within 60 feet of that point changes based on your choice. You can move the weather up to 30 feet per round.

Lightning: Deal Lightning damage to enemies who fail a Reflex saving throw.
Windy: The area is difficult terrain and all creatures have disadvantage on ranged attack rolls.
Sunny: Grants allies healing each turn, add your Spellcasting Modifier to the heals.
Snow: The area is difficult terrain, all creatures who fail a Reflex saving throw take damage and are knocked prone.
Pollen: When creatures attack they must succeed on a Fortitude saving throw, or their attack misses. On success, they gain a bonus to attack damage.
Cloudy: Creatures have disadvantage on skill checks.
