Whisper a message to a creature within range. The message can contain a riddle or clue, granting the target a temporary hit points bonus to their next Cognitive saving throw if they solve it. If used on an enemy, the DM must attempt to solve the riddle or the monster takes damage and has a penalty to their next Cognitive saving throw.
